The location of property is plus. The property is very good. The service is nasty and pathetic. 5k has been collected per night for the stay. But the beds are infested by all sort of bugs. We bath rooms, and bed rooms are not clean. After the arrival of customer, one of the men in charge asked, why did you accept the room? Did you not notice the bugs before taking the room? When Complained. There is right attitude. If the property is well maintained, it's really great place to stay.

Worst experience ever. Very rude staff who would not listen to our complaints. Unending power trippings throughout the night and no one will bother. Unending crowings of the roosters that roam around (they were making noise even at 2AM!) , Very poor food - quality wise (One saving point - friendly waiters), Poorly equipped rooms. If you wish to visit Vaitheeswaran Kovil , better stay in Mayavaram or Kumbakonam and travel. It will save you lot of tension. Being a monopoly this is what happens but it will be too late when the hotel management finds it out. THe hotel opposite - had similar experience and they can exchange notes. We had reserved four rooms almost two months back but were made to run around to get them. One of the room was more like a dungeon. Would you believe they wont accept credit card or gpay (But when forced, accepted GPAY) in this digital era. So better to avoid

We have been regularly staying in this property since so many years. We came now after 2 years. We see the quality and maintenance has gone down to very bad. Only the restaurant is good. Rooms bedding mattress is torn and dirty. The AC is very old and the filter is very dirty. The toilet mosquito nets are full of dust and musquitos are living in them. The bathroom Bucket and stool are very old and bad. The bathroom floor is having fungi growth. The swimming pool water is not circulated and is green and stagnant. The property is charging big and they can easily maintain and provide hygiene. But they seem to be very careless. Just because there is not much alternative lodge to this property they are completely ignoring even the basic hygiene and cleaning. The room was stuffy. We felt so uncomfortable and had to take some medication to settle the next day. There were bed bugs and mosquitoes as well. I had taken 2 AC rooms. Both were equally bad. Only the moring Tea and coffee was good. The restaurant was better. It's better to stay in another good hotel and may be try the restaurant. I have attached some pics. Charging nearly RS 3000/room for a day and we felt really un healthy and sick.

Stayed here when we visited for temple in August with family , it was walkable distance to temple , this was our second visit to this place we have been here 2 years back there were much difference in gardening , swimming pool and their restaurant menu every thing was much better than earlier we all enjoyed South Indian food . Speacial early morning filter coffee is their signature service . Staff were very friendly and their resort managed Mr Babu very approachable. Nice place to stay if your visiting to the temple .

The property is located near the temple. Rooms are big though a bit expensive considering the maintenance level. Restaurant could be better maintained. The staff are very polite and courteous and the hotel has ample parking space.
